At London Flora, our goal is simple:

Every customer = 100% satisfaction.

If something goes wrong with your order, don’t worry — the London Flora Team is here to help. Just send us a message on WhatsApp or email us directly.


Substitution Policy

  • Some flowers or gifts may be unavailable due to season or location.

  • If so, our florist will prepare a similar or better product of equal value.

  • Colors or extras (like chocolates or toys) may vary.

  • We always aim to match size, shape and overall style as shown online.


Order Changes & Additions

  • You can change your order at least 24 hours before delivery.

  • Last-minute or urgent (same-day) orders cannot be edited.

  • For changes, contact the London Flora Team as soon as possible.


Damaged or Low-Quality Orders

  • If your flowers/gifts are damaged or not as expected:

    • Report within 24 hours

    • Send a clear photo (no filter) showing the issue

  • This helps us investigate and offer a solution quickly

  • During peak holidays (Valentine’s, Women’s Day, etc.), responses may take 2–5 business days


Incorrect Delivery Info

  • We cannot guarantee delivery if:

    • Recipient’s address is incorrect/incomplete

    • Phone number is missing or unreachable

  • Delays or failures due to this will not be refunded

  • Please always double-check the address and phone number


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order:

    • Contact us within 1 hour of placing

    • Or at least 5 business days before delivery date

  • If cancellation is approved, admin fees may apply (up to 30%)

  • No cancellations accepted after shipping has started


Flower Life & Responsibility

  • Flowers are perishable and typically last 1–7 days

  • Quality depends on:

    • Regular water change

    • No exposure to heat or wind

  • We cannot guarantee flower life if they are not properly cared for
