Delivery & Refund Policy
At London Flora, we aim to deliver your orders on time and with great care. By placing an order through our Shop Chat, you agree to the policies below.
Delivery Timing
We guarantee same-day delivery if the order is paid before 12 PM (recipient’s local time).
Holiday deliveries (e.g. New Year, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day) must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
For specific delivery time requests, please write your preferred hour in the Note field. We do our best, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or local shop hours.
Recipient Information
Phone number of the recipient is mandatory for successful delivery.
If the address is wrong or the recipient is unreachable, the order may be delayed or returned.
If delivery fails due to incorrect info, a second delivery may require an extra fee.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation starts.
Once your order is being arranged or delivered, no refunds or changes are possible.
If your delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient info issues, we will contact you to update the delivery address if possible.
Product Substitution
Sometimes, the exact flowers or colors may not be available.
In this case, a similar item of equal or greater value will be delivered.
Our florists will maintain the same style and size as shown online whenever possible.
Card Message & Sender Info
Your message is printed and sent with the flowers.
You may choose to remain anonymous. However, if the recipient refuses the gift due to lack of sender info, we may need to reveal your name.
To stay 100% anonymous, please clearly request this in the Note section.
Order Status
Once your WhatsApp order is sent, you will receive a confirmation.
If we face any issues, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp.

Claims & Complaints
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
We’ll do our best to resolve your complaint with a replacement or partial refund if appropriate.
