Delivery Terms

At London Flora, we deliver fresh flowers quickly and reliably. Please read the delivery terms below before sending your order.


Delivery Dates

  • Standard delivery is made on the selected date during local business hours.

  • Same-day delivery is only guaranteed if payment is completed before 12:00 (recipient’s time).

  • Weekend & Holiday deliveries may require advance notice.

    • For Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours early.


Correct Delivery Info is Essential

Please make sure your order includes:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Full address (including hotel, hospital, or company details if needed)

  • Room number or department (if applicable)

  • Recipient’s phone number

    • Without it, delivery may fail or be delayed

  • Hotel/hospital deliveries will be made to reception only


If the Recipient is Absent

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • The courier will leave a card and try again later

  • Flowers may be left with a neighbor or receptionist if appropriate

  • If contact cannot be made within 24 hours, the delivery may be cancelled without refund


Hotel & Hospital Deliveries

  • Deliveries are made to reception desks

  • Make sure to provide:

    • Recipient’s full name

    • Room/ward number

    • Hotel/hospital name and address

    • Contact number (if available)

Some hospitals don’t allow deliveries to ICU, in that case we’ll notify you.


Delivery Exceptions

We do not guarantee delivery to:

  • Military bases

  • Airports or seaports

  • Boats or campsites

For special requests, contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Correct & complete info = guaranteed delivery.
Late, incomplete, or unreachable recipients may cause delays or cancellations.
